One of the missions of the University is to provide a health science-focused transformative education to its students, making quality education as the first and foremost objective of UP Manila. The University also aims to provide an inclusive, equitable, and progressive education for all to equip the students with appropriate skills and knowledge for more opportunities, regardless of social status. Hence, it continuously grows as a center of excellence, leadership, and service and as an instrument in the development of the country through research and public service.
