Indonesia’s Politeknik Bentara Citra Bangsa and UP Manila To Explore Academic Collaboration Through MOU

The University of the Philippines Manila and Indonesia’s Politeknik Bentara Citra Bangsa entered into a strategic partnership on June 25, 2026, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding attended by both universities’ officials and representatives. 

The partnership paves the way for the curriculum development of the Bachelor of Science Speech Pathology program and the organization of joint academic teaching and learning activities such as: collaborative online international learning, academic exchange, capacity-building activities for faculty and staff, and other short-term mobility activities. 

The MOU signing activity was attended by Dr. Charles Ham, Vice Director of Academics, Politeknik Bentara Citra Bangsa; Dr. Bernadette Heizel Reyes, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, University of the Philippines Manila; Prof. Esmerita Rotor, Dean, College of Allied Medical Professions (CAMP); Asst. Prof. Hannah Maria Albert, Chairperson of CAMP Department of Speech Pathology; Prof. Aila Nica Bandong, CAMP Coordinator for International and Local Linkages. Also in attendance are members of the CAMP Department of Speech Pathology: Prof. Jocelyn Christina Marzan, Assoc. Prof. Fernando Alejandro Ligot, Asst. Prof. Jaymilyn Ombao, Asst. Prof. Rozelle Francesca Bentulan, and Asst. Prof. Ellyn Cassey Chua.
