CALL FOR PAPERS

The College of Public Health, University of the Philippines Manila (UP CPH) is celebrating its 95th foundation anniversary and its 57th year of being designated as a Centre for Public Health by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education and Organization (SEAMEO) in 2022. 

In celebration of these milestones, UP CPH is collaborating with Southeast Asian Journal of Tropical Medicine and Public Health (SEATROPH) to produce a commemorative issue that will highlight research works from faculty and students that are aligned with the theme Public Health in the Now Normal for Sustainable Development. Public health researchers within and outside UP College of Public Health are invited to submit their manuscripts to be included in the commemorative issue.

SCOPE:

·       Public health-related Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

·       Health policies and management

·       Health promotion

·       Nutrition

·       Food Safety

·       Mental health

·       One health

·       Communicable diseases e.g. COVID-19, TB

·       Neglected tropical diseases

·       Noncommunicable diseases

·       Environmental health topics e.g. climate change, water sanitation and hygiene

·       Occupational health and safety

·       Other topics that are aligned with the abovementioned theme

Deadline of submission of manuscripts is on 31 May 2022.
