In connection with the 39th UP Manila Day and the 42nd Anniversary of the Autonomy of the Health Sciences Center, the call for nominations on Gawad Chancellor 2021 is hereby extended.
Nomination forms with complete supporting documents should be submitted to upm2021fcc@up.edu.ph on or before 4 October 2021 (Monday), not later than 4 PM. Nomination forms and guidelines can be accessed through https://bit.ly/UPMGawadChancellor2021.
