OVPAA 2015-42: On Predatory & Hijacked Journals, Publishers, Conferences

We are re-sending the memo which the OVPAA sent out last July 24, 2015 about predatory and hijacked journals / publishers/ conferences. Please distribute to our UP faculty and researchers so they can avoid being victimized by these publishers/conference organizers.
