From the National Telehealth Center: “In the said story written by OpenGovAsia, CHITS and rCHITS, which are both NTHC projects, were cited by Mayor Herbert Bautista as two of Quezon City’s major ICT infrastructure projects. rCHITS is the winning initiative that represented UPM-NIH in the first Gawad Pangulo for Excellence in Public Service.”
