The Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) partnered with the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) to host the GSIS Caravan, a key part of the HRDO Caravan Series: Government Services Access Express on Jan. 16 and 17, 2025. 

University of the Philippines (UP) Manila employees themselves of various services, including consultations and service desk inquiries, reconciliation of GSIS contributions, updating of records, processing of GSIS MPL Flex/Lite loans, assistance with premium claims, and other forms of support through the GSIS Touch.
