SBIC is a nationwide business ideation and prototyping competition that enables Filipino innovators to build sustainable and impactful solutions using free satellite data like Earth observation, weather, and environmental datasets to address industry problems in sectors such agriculture, energy, mining, supply chain and logistics, land-use planning and development, financial risk and management services, and tourism, among others.
No experience with satellite data or space business? No problem because the competition features online technical (satellite data applications) and business mentoring sessions from September 13 to October 4. Although the final application deadline is October 13, we encourage early registration before September 12 to ensure participants can benefit from the full series of mentoring sessions, including the breakout rooms with experts accessible exclusively to registered participants.
