The University Electoral Board (UEB) officially invites the UP Manila community to attend the University-wide Meeting de Avance in connection with the 47th University Student Council Special Elections.

This event provides an important occasion for the student body to become acquainted with the USC candidates, learn about their proposed programs and platforms, and gain a deeper understanding of their positions on significant student concerns. The program will also feature an open forum and question-and-answer segment, allowing direct engagement between the candidates and the student community.
Students are highly encouraged to submit questions they wish the candidates to address during the proceedings. Questions may be submitted through the official Google Form, accessible via the QR code or the link provided.
