It’s a Health Optimization Program for the faculty members, researchers, administrative staff, support staff, and students of UP Manila.
Hop in with us to improve your physical fitness, wellness, and overall health!
Overview:
You will undergo screening to ensure your safety to engage in increased levels of physical activity.
Once deemed safe, you will undergo tests on physical activity and fitness, and then participate in tailored exercise sessions led by our team of physical therapists and physical therapy interns.
After ~8 weeks, your progress will be checked again.
Schedule:
The HOP sessions will be held face-to-face at the CAMP building and at the Learning Resource Center (LRC) beside the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) for 1 hour on Thursday mornings.
The entire program will last for approximately 8-10 weeks.
