The UP Manila Search Committee for the Selection of the Chancellor invites the University community to participate in the Interview and Presentation of Vision for UP Manila of the lone nominee for Chancellor, Dr. Michael L. Tee.

This activity is an important part of the Chancellor Search process and follows the sectoral consultations with the different constituencies of UP Manila. The sessions will provide an opportunity to hear the nominee’s vision, priorities, proposed programs, and leadership directions for the University. 

More importantly, the activity will provide a venue to relate the concerns, expectations, and recommendations gathered during the sectoral consultations to the nominee’s proposed agenda. These include priorities concerning academic excellence, faculty and staff welfare, REPS development, student services and participation, alumni engagement, research and public service, infrastructure, administrative efficiency, academic freedom, transparency, and shared governance.
