“Moving Up 2025: Shining as the Best I Can Be,” organized by dedicated teachers and supportive parents, was held on April 25, 2025, at the NTTCHP Auditorium to honor the achievements of Crèche students as they prepared to take their next big step toward elementary education.
While waiting for the processional to begin, the students enjoyed taking photos at the photo booth with their classmates and parents, making the day even more memorable.

Seven pre-kinder students and nine nursery students, along with their parents, joined the processional. The ceremony began with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by the opening prayer led by Zoe Baguio, one of the Pre-Kinder students of the Crèche.

Welcoming everyone to the event were Aleexie Jhei Oliva and Alexander Louis Bergula, who channeled their inner hosting talents to deliver a warm message and cheerful smiles to the audience.

Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance Johanna Patricia Cañal delivered an inspirational message to the Crèche kids and their parents. Expressing her gratitude for the unwavering support of the parents toward the Crèche and its staff. VC Cañal reminisced about the students’ early days at the Crèche and shared her hopes of seeing them again in their future college admissions (UPCAT). She also applauded the Crèche teachers for their dedication, patience, and care in nurturing the children of UP employees.

Crèche students received awards alongside their parents, recognizing their strengths in various areas: Word Smart, Logic/Number Smart, Picture Smart, Body Smart, Music Smart, People Smart, and Self Smart. The students performed a special number to show their appreciation to their parents, teachers, and classmates.

Luna Mavy Crescini delivered her farewell message and well wishes, followed by Mikah Hezekiah Santos, who gave her heartfelt words of thanks to everyone.

Closing the event was the Crèche Faculty Coordinator, Dr. Vanessa-Maria Torres-Ticzon, who expressed gratitude to the parents for their support and sponsorship of the event. She also extended her thanks to the Behavioral Science students—Dan Nehryl Mag-isa, Juliana Patrice Mamauag, and Anne Jhanet Ong—for serving as the emcees of the Moving-Up Ceremony.
