The College of Allied Medical Professions (CAMP), in partnership with the Makati City Social Welfare and Development Office, the Office of Senior Citizen Affairs, and the United Senior Citizens of Makati, took part in the Makati Senior Citizens’ Wellness Fair at Barangay Valenzuela Sports Complex on Mar. 7, 2025. This event marked the first initiative under CAMP’s new collaboration with the Makati LGU, serving over 100 participants from 33 barangays.

Faculty, students, and alumni from occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language pathology, and clinical audiology came together with CAMP administrative staff to provide fall risk assessments, cognitive screenings, wheelchair adjustments, technology education, and leisure activities. Hearing screenings were also made accessible with the help of Manila Hearing Aid’s mobile screening van.
