This was the resounding call of Dr. Michael L. Tee, Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), during the “Pagkilala 2024: Kumikilos, Nakikipag-ugnayan, Namumuhay tungo sa Pangkalahatang Kalusugan,” the recognition ceremony of the College of Allied Medical Professions (CAMP) on August 2, 2024 at the Manila Metropolitan Theater.

Delayed for over a week due to the onslaught of Typhoon Carina, the Araw ng Pagkilala of the College of Allied Medical Professions (CAMP) pushed through on August 2, 2024 at the Manila Metropolitan Theater, with a total of 88 graduates receiving their diplomas from CAMP Dean Esmerita Rotor and Chancellor Michael L. Tee, who also served as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Dr. Tee enjoined the graduates to remember F.A.C.E.S., or Focus, Align, Connect, Excel, and Service: Focus on what UPM trained them to be, Align your goals with that of UP, Connect your patients with other scholars, Excel as leaders, and Serve the people. Underscoring the importance of service, the Chancellor said that ““Sa ating pagsisilbi, hindi tayo puwedeng lagi lang lumalaban–kailangan natin ng kakampi.

CAMP has 22 BS Occupational Therapy graduates, 26 BS Physical Therapy graduates, 33 BS Speech Pathology graduates, 3 Master of Physical Therapy graduates, and 4 graduates of Master in Clinical Audiology, a joint program with the UP College of Medicine.#
