CAMP faculty members, who are potential mentors in the FMP, actively participated in the workshop, sharing insights and experiences while learning strategies to address the mentoring needs identified within the college. The FMP aligns with the collegeโs commitment to empowering its faculty by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for academic advancement. It also aims to build a strong professional identity and aspirations while fostering a collaborative and inclusive institutional culture.
