[URGENT HIRING – DATA COLLECTORS]
Join our team at the University of the Philippines Manila-National Telehealth Center! We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Three (3) Data Collectors
Familiarity with medical terms, diagnoses, and treatment documentation.
Ability to accurately extract relevant information from patient charts, whether paper-based or electronic.
Understanding how hospital records are organized, with exposure to coding systems (e.g., ICD-10) being an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to data collection protocols to ensure high-quality, complete, and consistent data.
Knowledge of data protection principles, especially in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and strict respect for patient confidentiality.
Competency in using mobile data collection tools and electronic forms.
Possess ability to coordinate with hospital staff and work independently while maintaining clear communication with supervisors.
