The Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) in its continuous pursuit of providing services to the UP Manila community through the HRDO Caravan Series: Government Services Access Express, will partner again with the UP Health Service & the Philippine Health Corporation to conduct a PhilHealth Caravan on March 10-11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The following services are included: 

• New Registration
• Updating of Records
• Change of Employer to UP Manila (for new employees: regular and contractual)
• PhilHealth Portal Assistance
• Issuance of PhilHealth ID / Member Data Record
• YAKAP Program First Patient Encounter (for UP-PGH employees)
