The Universal Health Care Act mandated the Department of Health (DOH) to set clinical standards of care to ensure the safety and quality of health services provided to Filipinos. As the institutional partner of the DOH National Practice Guidelines Program, the Institute of Clinical Epidemiology, National Institutes of Health, UP Manila announces this application call for its Fellowship Program in Evidence-Based Healthcare in support of this DOH mandate.
