The UP Manila HRDO in its relentless pursuit of providing services, happily announces that it will be partnering with the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and the UP-PGH Health Service to conduct a “PhilHealth Caravan” on October 8, 2025 and October 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 8/F, Social Hall, UP-PGH Building. 

This PhilHealth Caravan includes a First Patient Encounter in collaboration with the UP-PGH Health Service to update your health record, register with a PhilHealth accredited primary care provider, and claim future YAKAP Program Benefits. The UP-PGH HS also offers free flu vaccinations for UP-PGH employees.

– First Patient Encounter for UP-PGH employees
– PhilHealth YAKAP Orientation at 9 AM
– New Registration
– Updating of Records
– Change of Employer to UP Manila (for new employees: regular and contractual)
– PhilHealth Portal Assistance
– Issuance of PhilHealth ID/Member Data Record
– Flu Vaccinations for UP-PGH employees

The HRDO encourages interested UP Manila Faculty, Administrative Staff, REPS, Job Order (JO), Contract of Service (COS) and Project-based personnel, including their dependents or immediate family members, to accomplish the registration form through the link below:
