Dr. Raul Destura: UP Manila’s Newest TOYM Awardee
Dr. Raul Destura, director of the Institute of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, National Institutes of Health, was chosen as one of seven recipients of the The Outstanding Youngman (TOYM) Award for 2011.
