Prof. Celestina Boncan, faculty member of the BA Social Sciences (Area Studies) Program at the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), University of the Philippines (UP) Manila, has launched a new publication titled Cagayan Chronicles: A History in Time.
Serving as the editor and principal writer, Prof. Boncan collaborated with the provincial government of Cagayan to document the rich historical and cultural heritage of the province.
The book offers a comprehensive narrative of Cagayan’s past, providing valuable insights for scholars, students, and history enthusiasts.#
