The Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) in its continuous pursuit of providing services to the UP Manila community through the HRDO Caravan Series: Government Services Access Express, will partner with the Philippine Statistics Authority Civil Registry System to conduct a PSA CRS Caravan on April 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The following services are included: 

• Civil Registration Consultation
• Issuance of Birth Certificates
• Issuance of Certificate of Marriage (CEMAR)
• Issuance of Death Certificate
• Issuance of Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
• Issuance of Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH)
