The Human Resource Development Office (HRDO), in its continuous effort to provide services to UP Manila employees, is planning to offer the Passport on Wheels, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Passport on Wheels will include the New Application and Renewal of Passport for UPM employees, tentatively scheduled in November.
For us to properly assess the need for this caravan including the number of employees who would like to avail this service, the HRDO would like to request interested Faculty, Administrative Staff, and REPS to accomplish this survey form.
