The Department of Physical Education is bringing back their Wellness Program this First Semester AY 2025-2026 here at Sports Science and Wellness Center (SSWC).
The Yoga sessions is on Tuesdays at Dance Room 2 and the Pilates sessions is every Friday in Dance Room 1. The classes will start at 5:30 PM. Kindly bring your own exercise mat.
