The 3rd Quisumbing – Escandor Film Festival for Health: “Tagu-taguan, maliwanag ang buwan” is a nationwide film-making contest and film caravan that aims to promote MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS.
This event is organized by the Mu Sigma Phi Fraternity of the UP College of Medicine, Department of Health, and University of the Philippines Manila, in partnership with the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Association of the Philippines, Philippine Association of Communication Educators, and the Philippine Psychiatric Association.
