The Center for Gender and Women Studies institutionalizes a gender-sensitive and gender responsive framework in the curricula, teaching and training programs; health services of all health sector units; and, in health policy, research paradigms, and information systems.

CGWS works with its partner units namely the PGH Women's Desk, the Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment, and the Child Protection Unit.
