As the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) aims to institutionalize service quality standards within the UP Manila community, we will be conducting an eight (8) hour training session on Customer Service entitled: "Excellence in Frontline Service" scheduled on April 27-28, 2023, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, via Zoom.
The discussion will focus on the provisions of Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, and Republic Act No. 6713 or the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.
