xenos

xenos is a Greek word for host or for foreigner or stranger.
It can also be used to mean alien.

I once played a Vulcan-Betazoid character on TrekMUSE by the name of Xenos. He was a Lieutenant (Junior Grade) in StarFleet Intelligence, assigned to the USS Ranger then later to the USS Phoenix. He was married to Terra Federation College Chancellor Dot Xenos, who was also from StarFleet Academy, Class of 96434.2. Aside from serving as Navigator and Engineer aboard the scouts, he also served as Assistant Director of the Cadet Assistance Program of StarFleet Academy, Cadet School. He died in one of the battles in a war with the Klingons and the Cardassians.
