The UP Sandigan is composed of the following committees:

 
Executive Propaganda Political  Education Service Cultural
 
The Executive Committee or “Execom- refers to the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson for External Affairs, Vice-Chairperson for Internal Affairs, Secretary-General, Finance Officer, and committee heads. The main duty is to coordinate and operationalize the program of action set, formulate the policies, adopt resolutions and make decisions for the organization.  
 
The Propaganda Political Committee- provide educational and leadership training seminars that would train aspiring students as they run for a position in the student council. It is also the committee responsible in mobilizing issues and campaigns as well as deal with the pressing political issues in the college and also in the country. 
The Education Committee- the main duty of this committee is to uphold academic excellence through activities such as book pool and tutorials. It also seeks to recognize the academic performance of every student as they showcase their academic prowess in academic contests held in the college.
 
The Service Committee- Plans, organize, and execute service-oriented activities in the community such as medical/dental missions, community immersions, orphanage/home for the aged/handicapped visits, etc.
 
 The Cultural Committee- this committee organizes activities concerning with programs, presentations and exhibits pertinent to the organization. They also provide the group with activities for recreation.
