PROPharm is a college-based socio-civic political organization which promotes the basic rights of and responsibilities to health and education. It is geared towards the realization of a truly democratic, nationalistic, critical, and militant membership that shall imbibe in each member a progressive, relevant, responsive, pro-people, and pro-student health education, integrated with the struggles of the Filipino people for a genuine nationalistic development, social justice, and equality.
